VIENNA, May 2 (Reuters) - A delegation of the U.S. Congress said on Sunday it had secured
the agreement of a team of senior Russian lawmakers and an adviser to Yugoslav President
Slobodan Milosevic on a framework to resolve the Kosovo crisis.
Congressman Curt Weldon told Reuters he was sure the accord, which was hammered out during
two days of talks in Vienna and includes deployment of an armed international force in
Kosovo -- previously opposed by Belgrade -- had Milosevic's support.
